Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package returned within 15 days from receipt. Before returning any product, you will need to email or call for an RMA number and we will send you a return label. We will refund 100% of the purchase price, including postage. If you prefer we will also exchange items for fair value towards another item.

Special & Custom Orders
Special Orders are ones where you like a style on our web site but want a different coin than the one pictured, and we can use a different coin for many styles. The price may vary from the coin pictured. If available we will email you a picture for your approval. Special Orders are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee if you are not fully satisfied.
Custom Orders are ones where we make an alteration or modification to the style, or, have our designers make a new style to your exact specifications. Please understand that due to the nature of Custom Orders they are Final Sale.
